About our founder

Tina Parks at the Catty Shack

Meet Tina Parks, creator, and founder of Nutty Scoopz™. Tina is passionate about healthy snacks. Nutty Scoopz™ was born out of this passion.  After her 20-year nursing career, she relocated to Jacksonville, FL as part of an overall plan to improve her own health.  These peanut butter dips were born out of her kitchen as a healthier snack food without the damaging effects of sugar.  What could possibly taste better than sugar?  We’re glad you asked.  The not-so-secret sugar replacement is monk fruit. It has no impact on the glycemic index, no calories, and does not cause inflammation in the body.

In addition to Tina’s healthier snack options, giving back to the community is one of the most important pillars of her company. Portions of the proceeds go to both community outreach and Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary. She loves the sanctuary so much that you’ll often find her volunteering there when she isn’t churning one of her many peanut butter dip flavors.

Tina has a heart for helping others. Her artisan-crafted, sugar-free, handmade healthy dips and nut butters do that.  Her company is a 100% disability-women-owned enterprise. With affiliations with the WFA, Jax Bridges, SCORE, and the SBA.  She has dreams for Nutty Scoopz™ to one day be a legacy she can leave to her children and grandchildren.  Please help her Spread Goodness.

About our healthy snacks

Nutty Scoopz™ features handcrafted artisan peanut butter dips curated in small batches that are minimally processed, sugar-free, and have no artificial ingredients or preservatives. They are sweetened by nature, sea salted, fortified with natural fiber, and flavored with organically-sourced spices from different parts of the world. Our single-origin spices, like our cinnamons from the Quang Nam Mountains of Vietnam and Zanzibar Tanzania, not only give our dips unique flavor, but also support local farmers directly. Nutty Scoopz™ then hand-churns our dips to a smoother consistency, making them ideal for dipping and drizzling. While our dips don’t require refrigeration, you can refrigerate them for a thicker, more traditional peanut butter consistency which also helps keep the oils from separating. Our dips are made in the USA, and we offer local delivery in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

All of our products are processed with natural ingredients that minimize the body’s inflammatory response, making them ideal for those with dietary restrictions from auto-immune disorders. While we do not make any health claims, it is widely reported that foods low in omega-6 fatty acids can be beneficial for those suffering from Type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), lupus, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, hypertension, eczema, multiple sclerosis, Graves’ disease, celiac disease, thyroiditis, and other auto-immune diseases.
