Ingredients:
1 cup of Nutty Scoopz PB dip (I used Sea Salted Caramel)
1 egg
1/3 cup Monkfruit
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Divide into 12 equal balls and place on non greased cookie sheet. Using a fork create a criss-cross pattern to flatten each ball. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Then cool on baking rack.
