1/2 Cup of Organic Rolled Oats

1 TBSP of Ground Flax

1 TBSP of Gogi Berries (can substitute currants, raisins, or other dried fruit

1/4 TSP of Ceylon Cinnamon

1 Cup of Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk (can substitute other plant milk of choice)

3 TBSP of Unsweetened Almond Yogurt


Before bedtime, using a regular cereal bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together. Place in refrigerator overnight.

In the morning I add some fruit (fresh or frozen), walnuts, and Nutty Scoopz regular peanut butter.  Oh, and then devour!  So delicious!
