Peanut Butter Banana Bars
Ingredients:
3 Medium Bananas
2 Cups of dried Oats
6 Tablespoons of Nutty Scoopz Dips
Toppings:
1/4 C Chopped Walnuts
2 Tablespoons of Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° and cover the bottom of an 8 x 8” glass dish with parchment paper you can use your fingers to grease the side of the dish with coconut oil.
Mash the bananas and mixed together with oats and nutty Scoopz.
Spread the dough evenly in the prepared dish, then sprinkle with walnuts and chocolate chips lightly press the nuts and chocolate into the bars.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes in the pan, then slide a spatula under the parchment paper and carefully transfer the whole uncut bar onto a rack for for further cooling you can also cut the bars at this point and eat them warm. Enjoy!
