Peanut Butter Energy Bites

These no bake satisfying snacks are ready in minutes

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup of Nutty Scoopz™ Peanut Butter dip
  • 3/4 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 2 TBSP. chia seeds or Hemp hearts
  • ½ tsp. vanilla

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll mixture Into 1-inch balls. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week. (If they last that long)!
